The new era of film from Tampa, FL personally owned video editing 'company' V-Squirrel Studios owned and operated by Tyler Evatz, along with the creative mastermind of Super Sondy Productions Sandro Draculic. Supremacy is an upcoming multi-year, 13 chapter action film franchise featuring CGI graphics, advanced character development, an ever deepening story, and is overall a whole new animal from anything V-Squirrel Studios fans have seen in the past.
History~
Dating back to April 23rd 2012 while discussing the upcoming Avengers film, Tyler, Sandro and a few others then partook in 'The Fateful Day' as a 5 hour conversation took place that day alone about how a new superhero comic book 'Super Sondy' would be made with the ideas that flowed from the group. Over the next few weeks, as with any great idea from a group of teenagers, the idea all but died and was forgotten. That is until later that summer when Tyler, about to begin filming his next adventure film Lost Treasure of the Ancient Genie, was planning as to what may be next on his filmmaking horizon. An epiphany then occurred as the ideas of the Super Sondy comic book all returned, the countless good ideas that were better than anything he had yet heard. Secretly he began planning as to if those ideas could still be salvaged into a modified version of the comic, turned into a movie form.
September 24th 2012, at around 5:00pm EST, the text that changed the world was sent.....Tyler asked Sandro his opinion about resurrecting the ideas. As the months passed, ideas even greater than the first came forth, adding new characters, plots and twists. They both knew it would be impossible to pull off just the two of them, but timing was everything when it came to inviting others into the 'creative kitchen' as it were. Slowly, a few others learned of the project as further connections were established with friends around the Tampa Bay area, but this was only the beginning.
Finally, March 16th 2013, an event possibly only shadowed by the original 'Fateful Day' occurred as 45 friends from around the area, with others unable to make it, arrived at a special reveal presentation hinted at for months was held. Turning out to be a huge success, the idea was presented to cheering that echoed throughout the house and possibly the neighborhood. Starting with the first look Teaser Trailer that was higher received than anticipated, the party lasted until 12:30AM with many already planning ideas for what could become the future.
Story~
Supremacy takes place in a world that has recently suffered
a global tragedy. The world-renowned product manufacturer Dexlab had it’s many research labs
and factories systematically and violently destroyed in a crippling domino
effect. This disaster, that the media has dubbed as "Doomsday”, killed and
wounded millions around the world, along with leaving countless
others homeless with nothing to show for their lives but piles of rubble. Some of the victims of that disastrous day was world
renown biochemist and lead researcher for Dexlabs Dr. Nathaniel Walters, along with his three sons who were visiting him
that day.
Several years after that horrific event, though trying to move on, the world has drastically changed as governments have toppled and peace is out of the question. Though a silver lining for the citizens of Harbor Springs, Florida was the rising of a hero from the ashes of Doomsday, the Scion; a young man who has not only survived the lethal blasts, but in the process inherited various superhuman abilities such as Kinetic Absorption and Gravity Manipulation. The series begins by following the life of Scion and how he
copes with being the only superhero, along with how he deals with his severe
amnesia. But soon, a new threat that even he may not be able to handle arrives on the horizon, showing there may be much more to Doomsday and it's effects than meet the eye.
Future~
As the ever deepening story of Supremacy continues, both Heroes and Villains will rise and fall, making this an epic serious-mixed-with-comedy adventure from V-Squirrel. We have been looking forward to beginning on this project for a long time, and we hope that with everyone's support, Supremacy will be fun and amazing now and for a long time to come. The final stages of pre-production such as final scripting will continue through 2014, leading to filming later in the year. The first chapter of this amazing new series, the double-length special Dawn of Supremacy, will be released January 18th, 2015. Premieres of the subsequent episodes will come as production continues through 2015 and beyond.
