Release Date Set for 'Dawn'

A few weeks back I said stay tuned for some updates, well here you go!

As mentioned, health issues with some cast has caused delays. MRI results have come back with bone contusions, so nothing major but still, a painful setback. Currently we plan to finish scripting the first several episodes over the next few months leading to filming in the spring. But here's the big news, the release date has been set for the first chapter Dawn of Supremacy--JANUARY 18th, 2015!! Yes, it is much later than many would have thought a year ago, but this gives us plenty of time to straighten everything out and make sure it gets done right. So there you have it, plus we have released today the newest Trailer for Supremacy: 'Alive'. Giving you a fresh look at some of the footage from the original teaser along with some unreleased behind the scenes shots proving 'The dream is still alive'. Real-life Doomsday

Well everyone, it's been over a month since our last update so I figured it was time to catch everyone up.

Scripting has been slow going as of late, but we have made much progress. Revisions and newer drafts have been in the works, and first drafts up through the 5th chapter have all been completed. Now though there are 13 scheduled chapters you may think that we are not even half-way, but general ideas for every chapter has been established for months; now we are doing filling and sub-plots.

We have been casting further for even more roles and has been going well. Many more are becoming interested in what is becoming a huge project. There are nearly 10 on our story crew; 5 effects and editing; several music and score; and over 2 dozen already cast for roles. Not bad for a 'no-budget' YouTube film series.

But now for the bad news, which ties into our entries title as reference to the media-labeled Doomsday event from the Supremacy universe--the inevitable release delay. Though we are awaiting results and details on several things (which if it comes to it will be revealed at a later time), health issues with some of the main cast have the potential to postpone our release up to a year. Regardless, filming hasn't yet begun so the pilot Dawn of Supremacy would not be released until Spring 2014 at the very earliest, but this is just an advance warning of what could become a major setback.

We will continue to keep you posted and confirmation on the future timetable will hopefully be given in the next few weeks as we find the severity of these injuries.

Scripting Update

Well, here we are, October 2013--18 months since the 'fateful day' that the concept for what would become this huge project of Supremacy was first created--and we are still working! In an update on what's been going on behind the scenes, in short--a lot. Scripting has been running at a rapid pace with the possibility of extension past our initial 13 chapter series (ahhhhh!). But things are really taking shape little by little and though filming was expected to have begun by now and it hasn't, all is still good. All it means is that even more creativity and details have been working their way into what is proving to be a deep, character-driven and ever evolving story. As for release, well you may have noticed but the release dates around the site have been changed to Spring 2014 as to avoid rushing to meet a deadline.

Obviously, being 18 months into the project and still not into filming, time hasn't been a factor to success so far. What will is the fact that everything is falling into place, and though it may not be happening as quickly as we initially wanted, it is still happening and so far better than could have imagined. So as I've said many times in the past, stay tuned for updates. There has been so much progress that we can't share, but it doesn't mean that nothing has happened over the last few months.

Scripting nears completion for Dawn!

After months of discussion, the script for the pilot film Dawn of Supremacy has almost concluded!! Casting is taking place now including a special Casting Meeting scheduled for September 7th. In addition, scripts for the first several single episodes is underway. With so much in the works, you have to stay tuned for updates!!

Designer's Idea Forum Added!

Attention Design Crew!! The new Designer's Idea Forum section has been added to the site!! This area is only accessible to those who have either an Administrator or Production Crew ranked account with the site. Anyone is welcome to sign up, but I will only grant those on our production crew with that account type to access the forum.

I have a basic setup already in place with a few basic forum categories, but any of you are now welcome to make it your own. Post, create new categories and polls, anything that you need to share your ideas and thoughts!! I'll be checking in as well to see what we have!!

Summary-The Reveal Presentation

The Official Reveal Presentation for Supremacy was a huge success!! Taking place last night March 26th, nearly 50 people gathered together just to hear what this mysterious new project teased about for months actually was. Overall, with a PowerPoint Presentation giving just an overview of what's to come, plus the first look of the series in our world-premiere Teaser Trailer and a lot of good laughs and fun, I will repeat my statement of it was a huge success for sure. Now obviously, though this was another big step in production, there are many more to come as this was just the beginning of a new era of Supremacy--an era of more than just 2 people working on this huge development.

I would like to take time now just to thank everyone for supporting us and being able to join us in this special event. Thank you all so much!!!
